2023 Acura Integra: Everything We Know So Far

1,929

Honda is bringing back the Acura Integra, and this is what it will look like. This might be called the Integra Prototype. The Integra Prototype is propelled forward by a VTEC® Turbo engine, the first-ever factory turbocharged engine for an Integra.

Technically, what you see above is the Acura Integra prototype, but we doubt it will change too much before it hits dealerships next year, and Acura has announced that it will be priced around the $30,000 mark. Looks fantastic as a five-door coupe, does not it?

There will also be a six-speed manual transmission and a “powerful” 1.5-litre turbocharged VTEC engine. That would make it the first Integra with a factory turbocharger.

The Indy Yellow Pearl paint on this prototype is carried over from the NSX and pays homage to the Phoenix Yellow Type Rs from the early 2000s. There are also 19-inch wheels, Brembo brakes and those ‘Chicane’ daytime running lights.

We will bring you more information on this first American-built Integra as we get it. The folks there are lucky, aren’t they?
