RM Sotheby’s Online Auction of F1 Automobilia Hits $2.6m, Outperforming Estimates by Nearly 70%

Entirely online, RM Sotheby’s offered an incredible opportunity for racing fans worldwide to acquire automobilia from the illustrious career of Michael Schumacher, a seven-time Formula 1 World Champion.

Most of the items featured were race-worn suits, helmets, and other related artefacts, with the helmet results undeniably the auction’s highlights. Other pieces of automobilia signed by the great Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost also found broad appeal.
