RM Sotheby’s Pioneers Private Concealed Bid Process With the Successful Sale of the White Enzo
RM Sotheby’s offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to acquire the white Enzo, the only example of its type to leave Maranello finished in stunning Bianco Avus. Arguably the most exceptional example of the ground-breaking halo model built in honour of company founder Enzo Ferrari, this strikingly beautiful 2003 Ferrari Enzo attracted bidders from across the globe.
Chassis 133023 had rarely been seen since its original sale and was largely hidden from the public until this week when RM Sotheby’s sold the Enzo through a private competitive online sale.
The no-reserve offering participated in this unique process with a record number of bidders for the single lot. It was designed and pioneered by RM Sotheby’s and is quickly gaining favoured momentum among clients looking for discretion in their selling and purchasing activity.
