The All-New 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Comes With More Regional and Local Customer Input Than Ever Before in the Brands’ History

Chevrolet’s iconic full-size, all-new 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe is now on sale across the Middle East, spearheading  Chevrolet’s world-beating SUV portfolio and stamping GM’s authority on the SUV segment across the region.

Completely redesigned, the legend is bigger, bolder and better for 2021, boasting best-in-class interior and unmatched technology. Driven by class-leading powertrains and offering best-in-class driving dynamics, the 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe’s off-road capability has been transformed. Tahoe is also truly made for the Middle East, with more regional and local customer input than ever before in the brands’ history.

Built with that regional feedback and local customer priorities in mind, the all-new Chevrolet Tahoe has undergone a complete transformation, combining the strongest aspects of its new full-size truck architecture with entirely new systems tailored for the needs of today’s SUV drivers and passengers.

For the first time, Chevrolet is introducing the Tahoe Z71 as a standalone trim rather than as an additional package. Designed to tackle the toughest dunes and

fiercest adventures, the Tahoe Z71 stands out with the best-in-class approach angle of up to 34.9 degrees.

Chevrolet designers have created an entirely new look for the 2021 Tahoe, featuring a bigger, bolder stance and proportions. Available in four distinct trims (LT, LS, Z71 and Premier), the all-new Chevrolet Tahoe offers customers more choices than ever before, made possible by the new architecture. Each trim has been carefully refined for drivers to find the perfect blend of eye-catching design and premium comfort that best suits their lifestyle.

Inside the Official SUV of Action, the biggest change that customers will notice is Tahoe’s best-in-class spaciousness. With 254 mm more third-row legroom, the all-new Tahoe is even more comfortable for all passengers, making every seat the best in house. Chevrolet designers have also unlocked up to 66% more cargo space behind the third row, making the 2021 Tahoe the practical full-sized SUV for every adventure.

With the additional space in the all-new Chevrolet Tahoe, designers added a best-in-class centre fridge console, outstripping similar offers on the market. Capable of subzero temperatures, the centre console fridge is powered by a dedicated compressor and can fit six 0.5L bottles with room left for road-trip snacks.

Although the 2021 Tahoe is a full-size SUV, it’s been designed to drive small. With dramatic improvements to its driving dynamics, the all-new Tahoe now offers best-in-class drive dynamics. The biggest change is an all-new independent multi-link rear suspension architecture which enables first-in-class Four-Corner Air Ride Adaptive Suspension which provides load-levelling at all corners of the vehicle and up to four inches of ride-height adjustment. It is paired with the latest generation Magnetic Ride Control, and together they ensure that the 2021 Tahoe delivers the smoothest ride, on and off-road.

Built on an all-new chassis, the 2021 Tahoe further elevates its much-lauded performance, while keeping a keen eye on efficiency. It features several class-leading technologies to optimize performance and conserve fuel, such as an updated V-8 engine with Dynamic Fuel Management. Auto Stop/Starts tech, all mated to an advanced 10-speed automatic transmission as standard.

The all-new Tahoe is also packed with unrivalled connectivity and technology, with up to five display screens in total, including an 8-inch-diagonal central colour touchscreen and 10-inch-diagonal central colour touchscreen on LT trim and above all in High Definition. Available is also an 8-inch-diagonal instrument cluster, 15-inch head-up display, dual 12.6-inch diagonal rear-seat LCDs – the segment’s most advanced rear-seat media system, keeping rear passengers entertained through the longest drives.

Chevrolet also understands that safety is paramount for both families and the solo adventurer and has packed the 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe with up to 25 safety and vision features, highlighted by a class-leading  360 camera with nine views including HD Surround Vision and Rear Camera Mirror. Other features include Automatic Emergency Braking, Rear Pedestrian Alert, restraint system with inboard seat-side airbag and Passenger Sensing System, Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Following Distance Indicator, Front Pedestrian Detection, Rear Park Assist, Rear Seat Reminder and IntelliBeam automatic headlamp control.

Available driver awareness technologies include new Rear Pedestrian Detection, Side Blind Zone Alert with Lane Change Alert, Lane Keep Assist, Front and Rear Park Assist and best-in-class Head-Up Display, many of which are standard on the majority of Tahoe models.

Elevating the customer ownership experience to the next level, OnStar will soon be available in the all-new Tahoe, unlocking its full potential. The pioneering in-vehicle technology, backed by human touch, will make every drive in the Tahoe more connected and protected as soon as a customer subscribes.

Safety features such as Automatic Crash Response means the all-new Tahoe can call for help, even when you can’t. When you need it most, an OnStar Advisor will patch into your car and stay on the line with you while simultaneously working with emergency services to send you the right help. Another way OnStar will improve customers life is through Stolen Vehicle Assist. Working hand-in-hand with the local authorities, OnStar will help you retrieve your stolen SUV by bringing the vehicle to an idle speed and with a remote ignition block signal, the engine can be prevented from turning back on again once it has been switched off.

OnStar also enables Chevrolet to offer a range of Connected Services to add value and convenience to customers’ busy lives with services such as remote lock and unlock, vehicle diagnostics and remote start to name but a few. The all-new Tahoe is also available with a Wi-Fi data plan for up to 7 devices, keeping you and your passengers connected, wherever the road may lead.
