Solving Big Data Challenges of Autonomous Cars at FMS ’19

The no-cost free vehicle sessions will focus on reducing, if not eliminating, the approximately 1.3 million deaths in the world’s highways/byways; reduce the volume of vehicles on the road, and significantly reduce vehicles’ environmental impact.

“Fast, reliable in-vehicle and ecosystem communications/data storage will be a key component in meeting that goal,” Greg Basich, associate director at Strategy Analytics observed. “Data in tomorrow’s vehicles must be 100 per cent reliable, available and instantly provided to the various decision–making systems in the new moving environment.”

At the same time, we have to deliver solutions that will securely handle the constant flow of accurate information and vehicle upgrades/enhancements, while the vehicle is in motion.”
