Continuing to offer the most exclusive cars in the world, RM Sotheby’s Private Sales is delighted to announce that it is offering a 2022 Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro. This car provided is one of a mere 40 AMR Pros built, the rarest of all versions of the Valkyrie, and has only been subject to a factory shakedown test since its construction.
Through a collaboration between Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing Advanced Technology, the Valkyrie was born through a pursuit of creating the ultimate hypercar capable of performance that is on par with dedicated World Sports Car racing machines.
Aston Martin calculated that the model could complete one lap of the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit in just 3 minutes 20 seconds, meaning it could easily keep up with the Hypercar class running at the famous race. This is as close as one can get to weapons-grade, top-tier motorsport in a vehicle available to the general public.
The AMR Pro offers twice the downforce compared to the road-going Valkyrie variant and removes the battery-electric system, meaning 150kg were shaved off the conventional car. Lighter and more straightforward than the road-going models, the AMR Pro delivers a driving experience close to professional motorsport.
The example offered is being directly provided by its first and only owner and has only been used once for its initial shakedown round at the Bahrain International Circuit. This incredible cutting-edge, track-only legend is offered by RM Private Sales, presently located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Price is upon application.
