Audi Abu Dhabi Wins Audi Aftersales Team of the Year 2018

The team from Audi Abu Dhabi triumphed in the competition which pitted twelve teams from across the region against each other in an assessment of overall customer satisfaction, purchase knowledge, repair quality, customer experience and service staff qualification.

The Aftersales Team of the Year competition is part of Audi’s programme to evaluate and monitor the performance of authorised Audi dealers across every region, assessed by monthly independent customer surveys and regular mystery shopping visits.

Jeff Stagg, Head of Aftersales, Audi Abu Dhabi commented: “Gaining this recognition for our aftersales care, on top of our strong sales growth in 2018, is a great achievement for us and boosts our ambition to drive continued growth in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain and to provide the superior levels of experience our customers have come to expect.”

DON’T MISS OUT

Following the most recent round of independent customer surveys in January 2019, Audi Abu Dhabi achieved a score of 4.7/5, above the region’s top 20 average of 3.97.

The award follows Audi Abu Dhabi’s recent victory at the Audi Twin Cup, where teams from Abu Dhabi were triumphant in both the Service and Technical categories in a full day event that tested their theoretical knowledge, hands-on technical ability and customer handling skills according to Audi global standards.
