Ram Truck recently announced that orders for the 2021 Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition were filled in approximately three hours on Tues., Aug. 18. Only 702 – commemorating the TRX’s barrier-shattering 702-horsepower 6.2-litre supercharged HEMI® V-8 – of the Launch Edition trucks were offered to U.S. buyers.
“The groundswell of demand for our all-new 2021 Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition validates our efforts to bring the fastest, quickest, most powerful pickup truck to market,” said Mike Koval Jr., Head of Ram Brand. “We said the Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition would go fast. And we meant that in more ways than one.”
Production of the 2021 Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition starts in early fourth-quarter 2020.
2021 Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition
To commemorate the world’s most powerful pickup truck, the Ram brand announced plans to build a limited run of TRX Launch Edition models.
The new model is visually distinguished by its Anvil Gray paint, which is exclusive to the edition. Inside, each of the Ram trucks gets a special red and brushed-aluminium centre console badge identifying it as a special, limited-edition TRX model.
Ram TRX Launch Edition package is coupled with the TRX Level 2 Equipment Group, adding carbon-fibre interior trim, colour accent package, Head-up Display, bead-lock-capable wheels, 19-speaker Harman Kardon premium sound system, dual-pane panoramic sunroof and bodyside graphics.

This combination, paired with an all-new custom suspension composed of the highest quality components and tuning geared toward high-speed desert runs, produces even more capability on the street or in the desert.
